Just a short note to thank you for my beautiful kitchen.  I was initially nervous about making choices from the huge array of options available to me but with your guidance and endless patience, the end result has exceeded my wildest expectations. I just love it and so does everyone that has seen it!

I must just add that dealing with you has been a pleasure; your lack of pushiness is so refreshing, and quite unique, especially compared with other experiences I had whilst looking for kitchens.
The installation also went extremely smoothly (something I was dreading with four young children) with no delays or hiccups. Finally, you managed to finish on time and within the budget we agreed on. You can't really ask for more!
